Our current indicative prices start at £2,395 inc. VAT for a standard like-for-like combi boiler replacement. Prices were reviewed on 28 August 2026. The final price depends on the boiler, flue, controls, system condition and any relocation or conversion work.
Is the online price fixed?
No. It is an estimate based on your answers. Intersmooth reviews photographs and installation details before confirming the final fixed quotation in writing.
What does a standard installation include?
It includes the selected A-rated boiler, Gas Safe installation, removal of the old boiler, a standard flue, magnetic filter, chemical clean, inhibitor, suitable controls, commissioning and registration.
Can you replace a system or regular boiler?
Yes, but a conversion to a combi boiler needs a technical review. Additional pipework, cylinder removal, access or flue work is priced separately rather than hidden in the standard figure.
How quickly can installation be arranged?
